lmay1787 asked:

I was thinking of purchasing a DNA genealogy test from ancestry.com as one line on my maternal side is completely rubbish at the moment and I need some help with it. I was wondering what exactly the test can tell me about ancesters. Is it just about where they are from, or can it tell a bit about surnames, relatives, etc?

Heather asked:

I’ve been working with my 5th cousin to figure out our family tree. We just discovered that my mom and his dad have the same grandfather and we are just discovering this now. None of the grandparents are divorced either. But even though they are not divorced, could that still make them a half cousin to my mom? What could it possibly mean?

Christians always seem to initially oppose these advancements yet wish to continue to be taken seriously.

Question: At what point do we refrain from even considering their point of view? Have we already hit this point?

(If you are a Christian and this question annoys you or offends, you need to get off the team that educated people are laughing at)
Proverbs 16:5- I’m laughing at your attempts to insult me.
Watchful Occupier- Made by Christians who at the time had no choice but to be one. Besides, Christianity has never been the reason for advancement even if the individuals responsible happen to be one.
Proverbs 16:5- Fair enough. I’m not miserable as you so confidently assumed. I live in a country over-run since it’s inception by superstitious non-sense. I am a voice to combat that.
